Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Australian Returns are subject to $10.00 flat rate return shipping fee.

International Returns are subject to $50.00AUD flat rate return shipping fee.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate the return and exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to wagtail.com.au and select your customer account
  2. Enter the email address used to purchase your last order, a code will be sent to this email address
  3. Enter your 6-digit code that was sent to your email address
  4. In your account, you will be able to view your previous orders
  5. Click request return
  6. Select your reason for return from the drop-down menu and click Request Return.
  7. A Wagtail team member will review your request and if eligible send you an email once completed.
  8. Once you receive this email with your return label attached, pack the items you're returning.
  9. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
  10. Give the package to Australia Post.
  11. Track your return to make sure we get it. Once we receive your returned items we will issue a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

Shipping Costs: We do not refund shipping costs, as these are costs incurred by us and are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
