Credit Card Transactions
Transactions are done by Wagtail in our
headquarters. So there is no need to deal with a third party, eg
Paypal, if you need a refund or make a mistake when ordering. We
do everything possible to keep your details secure.
Other Forms of Payment
We also accept cheques and direct debit
into our bank account. Order as normal but write "Paying by
direct debit/cheque in the comments section". We will process
your order as soon as the money arrives/cheque is cleared.

If you have problems
using the store
If you have problems using the store check
your internet security & privacy settings. Settings need
to be 'Medium'. You can increase settings when you have finished
shopping.
To alter your settings in Internet Explorer:
Click on: Tools > Internet Options >
Click on 'Security' tab and lower setting to medium > Click
on 'Privacy' tab and lower to medium. Raise the settings when
you have finished shopping. |
