"I have been using Wagtail equipment since 1998. When I was told about these devices by a friend, I immediately knew what he was talking about and went out to buy one. Within a day I was the fastest window cleaner in my team so the rest of the team all followed.

I remember one day when I forgot my tools and found one 12" Wagtail in the back of my van to work with that also had the built in pad. That day I cleaned four apartments and made about $500. I really found out that day how versatile this device is to get in at all angles and reach just that bit more that is needed, without a pole.

I recently observed the building manager where I live trying to clean the front entrance with the good, old-fashioned brass squeegee. It was painful to watch him. A couple of days later I donated a Wagtail squeegee to him and gave him a quick lesson. The front windows are now always spotless and I look like a real professional (I didn't want to clean my own windows anyway)!
I highly recommend the Wagtail tools for any cleaning professional"

" I recently purchased a Wagtail 18" squeegee. I'll admit that I was quite skeptical at first - I didn't see how a squeegee could perform the amazing tasks it was advertised to do, and the price was a bit scary.Regardless, I am happy to report I am completely impressed with my Wagtail, and the cost was worth every cent. I believe it's the most innovative product for the window cleaning industry since Ettore Steccone patented his "New Deal" squeegee in 1936. It took a few days to get used to my new 'toy', but I quickly adapted to it's fast, efficient motion. An added bonus I found was the severely reduced strain on my wrist.

My doctor had diagnosed me with early development of carpal tunnel syndrome, and said if I stayed at my job I may eventually need surgery. I am happy to say the pain in my wrist has gone. Not only has the Wagtail made my job easier, it also made it possible for me to work longer and safer. For that I am very grateful."

Hey there Willie,
I would like to let you know my story. About two and a half years ago I was having a lot of problems with my shoulder and elbow using a very well known brand of window cleaning tools, lots of soreness and swelling.

One day I was window cleaning a large house in Killara and this guy wandered up the drive and proceeded to have a chat about window cleaning and he checked the tools I was using. Turned out that he had been window cleaning for fifteen years and had discovered along the way a revolutionary system of tools called Wagtails.
No more sore elbow or shoulder and the ease of use due to the unique pivotal design has reduced the time I spend on regular jobs significantly.

"The main thing ... was the ease of use and no more sore elbows or shoulders and a huge saving of time."

The main thing he said was the ease of use and no more sore elbows or shoulders and a huge saving of time. This sounded too good to be true, so I started off with a basic kit of Wagtails and to this day I have not gone back to the old system.

When I used to do pole work and lifting up a heavy washer on high windows was really fatigueing, now with a Wagtail so much lighter and easier, squeegeeing is a breeze, with a central pivoting action just a joy to use. Well thats whats happening right up to today, I want to thank you for creating such a great design.

"I work as a window cleaner.  We do schools, hospitals, houses and shops.  Many of the shops we do have a high glass frontage.  For sometime now I have had pain in my forearm, wrist and elbows that has been getting worse.
I moved from a heavy squeegee to a plastic one in an effort to fix it, but still no good.  Some days I would soap up the windows and my boss would squeegee.  I thought that my days were numbered as a window cleaner.
In looking for alternatives I came across wagtail.  It sounded to good to be true but worth investigating.  I found a friend with a wagtail and he lent it to me.

..."I have had pain in my forearm, wrist and elbows that has been getting worse.... Now I use the squeegee and make the boss soap up."

After a short settling in period of adjusting technique and pressure on the squeegee (I found I needed less pressure than before.) I was working quicker and able to do a better job, whether it was high or low glass.  It really does work.  It is comfortable in the hand and next to no weight.
And then I noticed something else.  No pain.  After a full day of concentrated squeegee work, my arms and wrists felt good! No joke.  Now I use the squeegee and make the boss soap up.  I am having fun!  Now I am going to order my own set of wagtail gear.  Thanks for the product. "
